The Natural Wellness Center (NWC) is a standalone spa, separate from the residences, and it is the centre of Kisawa’s wellbeing offer. It works towards wellbeing through unity of mind, body and spirit, drawing on a comprehensive Ayurvedic suite of treatments, and builds personalised treatment plans for each guest.
Treatments can be taken at the NWC or in the residence, which suits Kisawa’s private, residence-based stay. The centre sits beside a yoga space and gym, and the water sports and scuba kit are held at the Sports Locker, so a day can move from swimming to wellness without leaving the sanctuary.

The Natural Wellness Center – A Space to Be You
Kisawa’s wellbeing offer begins with design, hospitality and the natural setting, and the Natural Wellness Center is where those come together. It stands alone between the dunes and the shore, and its Ayurvedic-led approach aims to leave guests with a deep sense of calm amid the island’s forest, beach and dunes.
Treatments range from deep tissue and hot stone massage to the signature aromatherapy ritual and Oya Oya oil massage, and can be taken in the centre or in the residence. A Japanese Iyashi dome uses infrared heat to promote healing and rejuvenation. Holistic rituals include Sriwijaya sound healing, Hatha yoga, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama and Qi Gong.
Beyond the treatment rooms, there is a dedicated yoga space, an air-conditioned gym next door and a 25-metre lagoon pool for lengths after a day of activities. The Sports Locker holds the scuba equipment, snorkels, paddle boards and kayaks, so the sea is part of the routine.
